Shipping policy

Everything we sell is made to order in our Las Vegas studio, so your order goes into production as soon as you check out.

Production time

Most orders ship in 5-7 business days from the day you order. Large runs and multi-item corporate orders can take longer, and we will tell you the ship date before we start if that is the case. If you need it faster, add Rush Production at checkout and we will ship it in 2-3 business days.

Shipping

Standard shipping is free on US orders of $50 or more. Below $50, the rate is calculated at checkout from the size of your order and your delivery ZIP code. We ship UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage, and you will get a tracking number by email the moment your package leaves the studio.

We commit to the day your order ships, not the day it arrives. Once a package is with the carrier, the delivery window is theirs. Most domestic ground shipments land within 2-5 business days of leaving Las Vegas.

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. For international orders, email hello@thelasercraft.co and we will quote the freight for you.

If something goes wrong in transit

If your order is more than 10 business days past its estimated delivery window, send us your tracking number and we will open a carrier trace. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we reprint it at no charge.
